An introductory training on how to manage mental, physical and emotional wellbeing when you find yourself in dire circumstances, with particular reference to the world events of 2020-21.

The two main goals of this free program are:

  2. To offer practical solutions on how to manage your state of mind (and emotions) when under stress.
